What This Site Collects

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the free-text field. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.

The form also records which page you submitted from and, where present, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. That is how we tell which pages produce genuine enquiries.

Why We Collect It

To answer your enquiry and to price the work. Your details are not sold, and they are not passed to third-party marketing lists.

If your enquiry leads to work at your property, those details become part of the job record and the permit application.

Analytics And Cookies

No analytics cookie is set unless you accept it in the banner. Decline it, or ignore the banner, and no analytics script loads at all.

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.

How Long It Is Kept

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they are commercially useful and then deleted. Records connected to completed work are kept longer, because permit and closure documentation has to remain available to the property owner.

Asking For Your Data

You can ask what we hold about you and ask for it to be deleted. Use the enquiry form and say that is what you want.

Changes To This Policy

If this policy changes, the reviewed date at the foot of the site changes with it.

Questions about any of this go through the contact form. Last updated August 13, 2026.
