Tell Us What Is Holding Things Up

Send the property address, the tank position and any deadline. We reply with a written figure and the documents the job produces.

What To Send

There is no phone number on this site. Every enquiry is answered by email, so nothing depends on catching someone at their desk.

Useful things to include: the property address, whether the tank is underground, in the basement or outside, and who is waiting on the paperwork. If there is a closing date, put it in the first line.

If you are checking whether an old certificate still stands up, send a photograph of it. We will tell you whether it answers the question being asked of you before you spend anything.

Reporting A Spill

If you can see or smell oil now, this form is the wrong channel. A release must be reported to the New York State Spill Hotline on 1-800-457-7362 within two hours of discovery. Call them first, then send us the details.

6 NYCRR 613-2.4(e). The duty reaches homeowners through 613-1.2(c). Checked August 13, 2026. Full detail on the New York rules page.

Get a figure for your property

Send the address and what is holding things up. You get a written price and a realistic date, not a callback to qualify you.
